1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Onsite India Tech, including our website, digital platforms, APIs, and direct consultation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our enterprise services.

2. Description of Services

Onsite India Tech provides premium, enterprise-grade IT solutions, which include but are not limited to:

• Advanced Cybersecurity and Zero-Trust Network Implementation
• Managed IT Services and DevOps Orchestration
• Custom Software Development and UI/UX Design
• Data Engineering and Business Intelligence Solutions

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any service or offering with or without notice to you. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.

3. User Conduct and Security Restrictions

You agree to use our services and website only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Violating or attempting to violate the security of our website, including accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or account which you are not authorized to access.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization (except where explicitly engaged via our penetration testing services).
• Interfering with service to any user, host, or network, including submitting a virus to the website, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", or "crashing".
• Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the services in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Onsite India Tech or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

As an enterprise IT solutions provider, we handle sensitive intellectual property and proprietary data. Both parties agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during consultations, proposals, and service execution. Formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may supersede this general clause when signed.

6. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

For our managed IT, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise clients, specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) detailing uptime guarantees, response times, and resolution protocols will be provided in individual service contracts. These terms govern the general website usage and initial engagements.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Onsite India Tech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India. We encourage attempting to resolve disputes informally through contacting our legal department before filing formal claims.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
